Arrival Breath

Let the breath drop lower, into the belly.

Slow inhale through the nose.
Longer exhale through the mouth.

Again.
Nothing to force.

Let your body settle before you begin.

Practice

Stand relaxed.

Take three small, gentle hops.

Nothing big.
Barely leaving the ground.

Pause between each one.

Feel:

your feet leave
your feet land

It should feel almost unnecessary.
That’s the point.
