Where This Lives in Me

Sometimes what we carry
doesn’t feel like a thought.

It feels like a tightness.
A heaviness.
A quiet tension that stays.

Before anything can be released,
it helps to notice
where it has been living.

How to begin

Find a quiet place, or step outside.

Let the breath drop lower, into the belly.

Slow inhale.
Longer exhale.

Exhale until it feels like there nothing left slowly and gently.

Let your breath slow.
Nothing forced.

Bring your attention inward.

Ask gently:

Where do I feel this in my body?

Not the story.
Not the person.

Just the sensation.

Stay there.

No fixing.
No changing.

Just noticing.

If it feels right, place your hand there.

Let your body know:

🌿I see this.

Stay for a few breaths.

That is enough.
