Stand where you are.

Let your feet settle beneath you.

Notice the ground.

If possible, feel it directly with your feet.

Take one slow inhale through the nose.

Let the exhale be longer than the inhale.

Again.

On the next exhale, soften your shoulders.

Let your hands rest naturally.

Feel both feet.

You do not need to fix your posture.

You are only arriving.
